Facilitators are the heart of our movement. We train and support compassionate leaders who feel called to bring The Work of Love into their own communities—schools, spiritual circles, healing groups, and beyond.
Facilitators are a good fit if they:
• Care deeply about community healing and spiritual growth
• Enjoy guiding conversations, rituals, and reflective practices
• Want to offer meaningful, accessible programming
• Value clarity, compassion, and ethical stewardship
What facilitators receive:
• A complete, ready-to-use curriculum
• Training in facilitation, ritual flow, and group care
• Ongoing support and community with fellow facilitators
• Opportunities to make a lasting impact in their communities
If you feel called to help others reconnect with themselves and each other, we’d love to welcome you into our facilitator community.
Our workshops are designed to help individuals and community groups find a renewed sense of belonging, emotional resilience, and spiritual grounding.
Each experience blends ritual, reflection, storytelling, and practical tools that support healing and growth in everyday life.
Participants gain:
• Practices for emotional and spiritual resilience
• Tools for navigating grief, conflict, and transformation
• A sense of connection and shared humanity
• Space to reflect, heal, and grow at their own pace
We are also developing a self-help manual for those who prefer to explore The Work of Love privately or at their own rhythm.
If you’re longing for a space that feels safe, nourishing, and transformative, we welcome you to join us.
The Work of Love is expanding its reach, and we’re seeking funders and partners who believe in healing, connection, and community resilience.
Your support helps us bring accessible, spiritually grounded programs to individuals and groups navigating change, grief, and transformation.
Your partnership helps us:
If you’re committed to supporting healing and connection in communities, we’d be honored to partner with you.
